The monthly meeting of the Winston Park Homeowners Association occurred on July 12th, 2023. The meeting started at 7:00 PM and was hosted by Secretary Johnson.
A concise review of the minutes from the previous meeting was shared.
Subsequently the approval of the minutes, several items were discussed including:
- Landscaping plans
- Changes to existing rules and regulations
- Maintenance concerns raised by residents
The meeting terminated at 8:30 PM.
The next meeting is scheduled for September 14th, 2023. All residents are invited to attend.
